Biography:
Lettie Boggs has held fiscal and facilities positions in school
districts for over seventeen years, most recently as Assistant
Superintendent for the Anaheim City Schools. She is currently
Chair and CFO of Colbi Technologies, Inc., a company serving
school districts with Account-Ability project management,
budgeting, and accounting software for school building programs,
as well as accounting support and consulting. Lettie is on the
C.A.S.H. Board of Directors serving as treasurer and is Immediate
Past Chair of Californians for School Facilities, a federal action
committee formerly known as Cal-Fed. She is founding co-chair
of the C.A.S.H. Urban Committee. She has served as State Chair
for Facilities for the California Association of School Business
Officials (CASBO) and represented CASBO on the
Implementation Committee for the State Allocation Board.

Biography:
Eric Hall has 32 years of district administrative level experience in
a broad variety of areas including human resources, facilities,
finance and business services. In his 27 years with the San
Dieguito Union High School District, he served as Director’s of
Personnel & Administrative Services, Business Manager, Assistant
and Associate Superintendent, Business Services. Eric negotiated
with developers and property owners and established nine separate
Community Facility Districts encompassing 15,000 dwelling units
and $450 million in bonding capacity. Eric retired from the
District in July, 2006 to start up a consulting firm, Eric Hall &
Associates. Eric provides districts with advice and support in
school facility and business services areas. Eric is Immediate Past
Chair of C.A.S.H.

Biography:
As Engineering Officer for the West Contra Costa
Unified School District, Bill Savidge is in charge of their $450
million facilities reconstruction program. Prior to joining West
Contra Costa Unified, Bill managed renovation and construction at
the Fremont Union High School District in Sunnyvale/Cupertino
for five years. Bill is a licensed California Architect who owned
his own firm in Berkeley until the mid-90’s. He started with a
large construction management firm in 1995 focusing solely on
K-12 facilities. He has worked throughout the Bay Area as a
consultant project manager to school districts. Bill chairs the
C.A.S.H. Working Group on high performance schools.
